Now, as a result of this filter, I have two rows, one without color and one red - only because both of them have same value (50).
Filter on colB by color, choosing "without background color". All cells in colB should be red now, except of fourth row (because there are different values 40!=50). Now use conditional formatting on second column with a condition "if cell value equals A1 then format cell with red background".
